It is custom that the current year President chooses the next year’s President (by agreement with the chosen one). This is announced at the September long weekend venue, normally during the Saturday evening dinner. However, because of a reluctance of eligible members to adopt the role and more importantly, the fact that Les Norman does a tremendous job as President, he has agreed to stay on for as long as is wished by the members.
